Often, yes. It needs a smooth, sound base. Where the floor is uneven we will recommend a plywood or latex screed first and include it in the quote.
Is vinyl suitable for underfloor heating?
Most ranges are, up to the manufacturer's stated temperature. We will check the range you choose.
